Whew- I was starting to think I only thought I saw Guinevere duck into that side of the box. :girlcrazy:

But the more I thought about it, at the last I only saw her back, like her head was down, tucking an egg(s) under her... and I couldnt see her at all after she must have sat down...

Guinevere is banded, right? And the tiercel is unbanded? This afternoon during a break at work, I turned on this cam. A falcon flew in, but I thought it was the tiercel, as I couldn't see a band, and also he didn't have speckles on his chest like Guinevere. He hung around the nest box for a bit and flew off.

Hi Tsusan..yes, male is unbanded...Ms G was caught and banded..though I don't know her band numbers..probably should try to get that...

She is back at the nestbox since 4:45, preening and snoozing on the ledge.

I've had the cam up for quite a while this afternoon...and with the exception of right now, Ms G. has been there the entire time...

I must say, I'm missing sweet Zephr

Ms G has been in the box all evening (and is still there)...I wonder if we'll wake up to their first egg...

Finally got the cam back...with that dreaded update message...no egg showing, but Ms G is on the perch...ok...maybe today?

He seems to be a good provider..except this time, his victim looks like a female bluebird..hope not..since that wouldn't make me very unhappy...(Does Indiana have bluebirds? say no...)

lost the cam but finally got it back...still no egg showing, But Ms G is sticking close to home...
