LIL MAN DID AN AWESOME JOB THIS MORNING! HE WAS IN THE BACK WHEN THE FEEDING STARTED. SOMEHOW HE WORKED HIS WAY UP FRONT, WAS GETTING MOST OF THE FOOD AND EVEN STOLE SOME OUT ANOTHER'S BEAK! WE WERE HERE CHEERING HIM ON, LOL! AH, NOW I CAN RELAX SOME :-)

LIL DAD BROUGHT MORE FOOD IN AND NIECEY FLIES OFF WITH IT SCREAMING AND THEN BACK. CHICKS ARE BEING FED AGAIN. MEDIUM SIZED PREY.

Wonderful pictures, Pess. Saw Lil Dad briefly before Niecey went into the scrape with that latest meal. Lil Dad is a superior hunter. Am going out now to find some birds near my place before Lil Dad gets here. Actually, I've never seen him out here. I think his hunting area is in a different direction than my place.

I love your pictures too Pess. Just watched a feeding.

They sure acted hungry but I see that they already ate at least once. When I opened the cam, I thought, what a colorful nest.

Toward the end, she had a foot and everybody wanted it, but I'm pretty sure that she ate it, thank goodness.

I LOVE THE LOOK ON NIECEY'S FACE IN THAT LAST PICTURE! THAT WAS RIGHT AFTER SHE ATE THE LEG AND FOOT EVERYONE WANTED, LOL! THEN SHE LOOKS LIKE OH NO! IT'S ALL GONE AND THEY ARE STILL SCREAMING! :teehee:

WE ALMOST GOT TO SEE NIECEY GET THAT PREY! SHE WAS OUT FLYING AROUND AND AROUND, SHE LOOKED SO BEAUTIFUL AND THE TIPS OF HER WINGS WERE CATCHING THE SUNLIGHT. THEN SHE CAME TOWARDS THE BLDG AND WE SAW ALL THESE FEATHERS COMING DOWN. I THINK IT WAS FROM HER HITTING THIS BIRD SHE'S NOW FEEDING THE CHICKS!

OMG, he just yanked a big piece away from another one. Ok, now he's in the middle and getting bites. I think one or two of the others are getting full, so maybe he'll get more. Well he took another bite from the chick beside him. Boy he means business when it's survival.
