2:08pm - Such a good Daddy! B starts alarm kaaking and DC was up and off the eggs immediately. He took off and I'm am sure is clearing the airspace.He must be going after something as I just heard him scream - maybe that was an incoming call to B. I think he's above her now. B is still on cam 1.

2:34 - B is now back with her babies.

Beauty off eggs and sitting on front beam for a little over an hour. 2:55 - 4:07

3:49 - DC just arrived on top of cam 1. He's been calling for her, but she's sleeping on the front beam. He just took off low, over Beauty around 3:58.

4:35 - DC arrives on corner deck, other side main cam and has been calling for B. She decided to settle down on the eggs. Looks like she's trying to sleep. He forgot to bring his secret weapon = FOOD!

10pm - Beauty has been up and down on the eggs. They definitely are not in hard incubation, so maybe there will be a number 5!

An 11:40 cam check finds Beauty perched on the front of box lip looking out. Has been since 11:20. Prior to that, she was standing over her scrape.

8:50 - DC arrived with prey for Beauty. He's been on the eggs. She just arrived on top of cam 1 at 9:11am. He's standing over eggs in scrape.



9:50 - DC is on eggs and B is still up on cam 1. Nice looking at these 2!

Lord - we aren't even in hard incubation yet and are having a stand off!

B was on cam 1. Came down to deck on other side of main cam for a bit. Started alarm kaaking. Got DC alarm kaaking but no one moving. I'm convinced B was trying to get him to move.

Now she's made her way to front beam. He's just staring at her!

Funny...

See, we all knew he'd do all the work if she just laid them.

She's about to jump in the box and knock him out. He's not budging...

I'm recording this, but there won't be sound..

She's back in with her babies now, talking to them, rearranging things.

12:09- Buddy boy is back on top of cam 1. B is now off eggs, standing in the box chupping to him.

She laid back down. He's still on top of cam 1.

DC is back on eggs. He brought in prey around 12:55. He's been up and down on the eggs. Standing over them, standing on front lip of box, then back to covering, so I don't think they have really started hard incubation yet. Same with Beauty. She's up and down, but part of that I think is her just sleeping since she seems to be up all night.

2:02 - Beauty arrives back on deck, other side main cam. DC is standing on front lip of box.

2:11 - she finally made her way to beam and he took off.

2:29 - Beauty was on eggs and started rapidly chupping. Up and upset about something.

Quiet now, but on front lip of box, looking up.

Patsy says a small balloon or something flying. Gone now. DC is under NE wing. Patsy says it was behind TSB so DC could see it but she couldn't and maybe she was reacting to his calls.

Now she's alarm kaaking - looking up.

I know.. they are going to react to anything/everything in their airspace. Better get used to this again. At least she didn't launch. I guess that's when I should really worry. If she stays put, then it's really not that bad unless DC is out there getting rid of the threat.

Intruder - B is in air. DC back at nest - 2:49pm

2:52 - B is back, on top of cam 1. DC still on eggs.

Patsy said she thinks B did most of the bumping and it was nasty.

4:04 - B now back on eggs. DC was on eggs entire time. B had come back and was on deck for good amount of time. Good Daddy. Good Mommy.

She chupped through this whole delivery. He must be close. I just can't see him and only recorded on non-audio pc.

Sorry, trying to do 15 things at once. My niece is here and trying to get Hubby out the door, so couldn't get the old PC turned on.

Anyway, she chupped during this whole labor and she started rapid "I see a falcon" chupping during LAST push. All I could think was... NOT TIME FOR AN INTRUDER

First reveal - right after last push and again, she was chupping through this entire labor.

Now she just rapidly chupped, tail spread and took off very fast.

She's out of box. No egg coverage

I think they both came back to deck together for prey delivery. DC now on eggs.

That was probably what she was complaining about... thankfully. It is all quiet. She's probably telling him.. get me food - why didn't you get me something earlier. I'm starving and now I'm laying another one!
