Here's one just outside the nestbox :egg11: I just noticed the chick in the box is lying flat on his/her back catching some sun :teehee:

Well, it was a stressful morning for 1 chick..easy to get out...not so easy to get back in..

The 1 flapping is between the box and the window...blocking the one outside path back in...it tried and tried and tried..and all its siblings did was stare at it..

Image

It tried twice to jump up..

Eventually the one that was flapping moved further to our left...and after several tries, the outside chick was able to make it back to the box...just a panting..

The Chicks are MIA. There was a horrible storm in Nebraska yesterday. Lincoln lost their 2 to the severe weather. Please keep your eyes open here. Apparently Omaha got hit particularly hard yesterday with high winds, hail, tornado (don't think it was the downtown area~not sure)..

Currently I see and hear No One...
