Haven't seen a falcon on the cam in quite a while, but just noticed a falcon feather lying in the back center of the nest box. I guess somebody has been in there at some point.

Jane - I'm glad you saw the feather in the nest, indicating that one of the falcons had been there. (Even though I check the cam a couple of times a day, I've had absolutely no luck catching sight of a falcon in the nest box.)

I had problems with my computer and have lost the Wilmington Cam. Upset about this. Can someone post the Link? I would really appreciate that.

Lucky you, MA. Looks like you caught Trinity in the box. Can't remember the last time I found somebody at home. I see that falcon feather is still there, but in a slightly different position.

:egg19: Kudos to SGB, the falcon whisperer, for catching Trinity in the nest yesterday. Try as I might, I've had absolutely no luck in catching Red Girl or Trinity at home lately.

Wonderful news about the young still being around. The weather is perfect today. I have been through the city a couple of times lately, but haven't caught anyone anywhere. There was a bird on one if the light standards going over the Bridge (where I saw one a couple of years ago), but looked too sleek in body. ????? Traffic is so bad now on 95 due to shut down of 495. Very hard to look around!

I see the feathers are moved around and there looks like a small depression in the center. Just housekeeping I guess!

Also looks like a morsel of food there too.

We had a terrible long storm here last night. I am surprised when I look at the nest box, how it looks untouched by it all. Thank goodness. Nice to know how protected they are in there when it is used.

Just checked the cam a bit ago, and actually found Trinity in the box! He was working on that big bowl in the center of the box, and plopped himself down there a couple times before hopping up to the ledge and I guess flying off.
