OOPS! LOOKS LIKE I'M THE ONLY ONE HERE. JUST GOT HOME AND CAN SEE A FALCON STANDING @ THE FAR END OF LEDGE, BUT IN SHADOW. CAN SEE SIDE PROFILE OF HEAD STICK OUT OF SHADOW EVERY NOW AND THEN.

LOOKED KINDA BIG WHEN THEY JUST NOW TURNED AROUND AND STUCK THEIR TAILFEATHERS OFF THE LEDGE. THERE IS TOO MUCH SHADOW TO IDENTIFY. WHOEVER, THEY ARE CALM AND QUIET! :egg11:

HAVE WATCHED @ INTERVALS OVER THE LAST 30 MINUTES AND AM NOT SEEING OR HEARING ANYTHING AND ASSUME THE FALCONS ARE GONE. :egg19:

Well heck, I just deleted my photos before coming to read the forum, not realizing that Dart had been on the ledge. I don't think that any of my pictures were of him though, thought Durand or Spark really excited and calling out to the other one. My cam was freezing bad though so can't be 100% sure, but never did see a 2nd falcon. How wonderful to see little Dart. I am overjoyed.

I have thought about him so often, wondering if he was ok, fearing the worst. Thanks so much for the photos and videos.

You know, I never have believed that line 'no news is good news'. Maybe I was wrong.

Donna has an update on Blaze.Can someone contact her and let her know that Dart was on the ledge yesterday?
Status Report on Blaze



Nothing much new to report on Blaze other than we were hoping she would have started getting active and doing her own exercising by now. Since she hasn't, rehab staff will begin working with her several times a day to get her flying and working those muscles. For the most part, it is pretty much a wait and see situation.

On another note, we are still (occasionally) seeing a juvenile return to the ledge, presumably Hoshi. It's actually not really that common for the fledglings (now old enough to technically not be considered fledglings any longer) to keep coming back to the nest ledge as we have seen this year...but nonetheless it is appreciated by all watching!
