Great pictures of Red Girl from earlier this morning. I've checked the cam a couple times today to find nobody at home. That's quite an assortment of feathers in the box!

No one there right now, but that is really a nice featherbed!! But they keep the bowl clear of the feathers!! HMMM??

Our rain gage showed 3 1/2" of rain yesterday. We are soaked!

Red Girl was perched on the box ledge at 5:00 pm Wednesday afternoon. I guess she's gotten over her cabin fever and is back helping Trinity watch over the nest site.

No one there right now, but they have moved feathers around and cleaned up the depression, or maybe their wings do that when they fly in and out ?

:egg8: I'm happy to hear that Red Girl was perched on the nest box ledge last week. Thanks for reporting your sighting of her, Greg.

I'm really missing seeing the falcons inside the nest box lately. I guess Red Girl and Trinity are enjoying spending some quality time together now that the kids have left home.

Actually saw a falcon tail and part of a wing on the ledge a bit ago. From what I was seeing, whichever falcon was there was doing some preening. Not much of a look, but it will have to do. And still there. Am now seeing a falcon butt. Can't watch much longer. :-(
