The Burlington pair have decided to nest in a different box on the bridge. The web camera shows the nesting box on the Pennsylvania tower, and they are using the New Jersey tower, which does not have a camera. I will send some pictures tonight. The male was hunkered down to cover eggs, but would not move to allow me to get a count. The female was also present, circling and diving while telling me to leave.

Mike risked life and limb, climbing the tower, to get these pics of the male on the eggs. He thinks there are 4, but even though he got fairly close to the box, the male wouldn't budge.hee hee...good daddy!!
