She called for him to join her but I never saw him. She worked on the scrape for a bit. I sure hope that we have eggs this year.

Poor little Juliet. She was in there looking tired so I thought she might be laying an egg, when she gets excited. I finally see the male flying around behind the box. Looked like the wind was more in control than him. He finally landed on the ledge behind the box then jumped down and ran around out front for a while, then under the box before landing on the side wall and flying off. Juliet was echupping the whole time. Now she has flown too. I sure hope for eggs here.

She's been in the box for a while...pebble picking, scraping and either talking to herself or calling her "Romeo"...for a female, she has such high pitched vocals!!

Physically, she's got that "eggy" look...I'm keeping the faith!!

I think we need to also watch for the male...I've got some ???? about him...

I can check with the building and see if the window washers are out. They do start washing about now. That could cause her alarm. And the staff often comes out and eats or watches the skyline right there.

I sure wish I could figure out what is going on here. I've been checking on and off all morning and not even a pigeon..

Either something/someone is causing disturbance which may cause them to choose another spot...or (and I hate to even say this) we've got either a missing male or a new male that she is having to start courtship with...

OR....none of the above.. :girlcrazy:
