I have edited vidoe cooking .

since terzo left last , hop e is calling from nest and I just heard someone off nest and hopefully terzo. but up until them just Hope
will keep thoughts to myself but the way he was looking up, something was there

here is edited video of when he first comes in. Watch times. did not want it 20 minutes long. I only got the first 2 times he left and came back

Hope is still calling in nest and looking up and I every once in awhile hear another falcon

I have to run bu t will have cam running

just leaving , but here is my thoughts. ( ) for what they are worth

I really think another falcon is out there and terzo is protecting area. This I am surmising from what I am seeing and not seeing. ( and how I see things from my sites on the ground). It is when I see these actions at my sites that I go and observe from the ground.

hopefully Hope gets relieved and fed

just in, HOpe was on ledge standing and looking out and is now calling., out of sight Will review my tape to see if she has ha food yet

she was out of sight on refresh cam and just came in and is on eggs

will be posting pciutres but Terzo did come in and relieve Hope.at 14:59 he was up and down but stayed till 16:13

18:10- terzio in . hope left just before terzo on ledge

so all looks well. Just have to wonder where Terzo was for 2 days.

after today will not write as much. I just thought it important to document this

10:18- Terzo just showed up on perch; a bit late( looking around and watching something above

12:25- unbanded female showed up in box. Terzo was on duty.

Hope that my Hope is O.k.

she was in bonding with Terzo at 11:49 and then left. I got bands of both so I knew what was what.





no problems now please.

this is a young one, maybe a year old so maybe nothing and maybe Hope off hunting.
they are always so noisy that i tend to block it out after awhile

I never knock a personality of a falcon. Terzo is pretty loud himself.I

We do not know if she cannot keep a mate. that is just people guessing because they were upset with her last year.

If anyone had read what antilogiical had to say, they would know that HOpe had 2 very young mates. no one really monitored HOpe, that well.

we could say that about Durand as she had a few mates that did not stick before our beloved Spark, but we would not.


I like HOpe.

my cam stopped so I do not know how long she was there that time. I am gone but cam is running
