I got offline early but think I checked this website that was frozen...got on about 10 mins ago and saw the cage and knew it was GOOD! Immediately went to biologist's blog and found out! Wrote Steve Living a big thank you before coming to our new forum!

Thank goodness, not only was I concerned about Ahhhnold but both Ethel & Lucy were looking up towards the ledge yesterday. I am soooooooo happy he survived his ordeal.
Having seen Paree, he's probably itching to do a lil more "falling/flying" again. What an experience...just a male ready to run all the time!
A Big whew from me! :shock:

Next thing -- they need to move the webcam down a lil so we can see the parents when they come & feed them. It is much too high now. :geek:

I'm having a hard time telling who is who? I know Ethel is the BIG girl..is that our Ahhhnold on the ground.

BTW, weather channel online says it's 89 but feels like 93 degrees!

what is with this ledge and falcon chicks!!! I am so, so thankful that Arnie is unhurt (he must have done some serious flapping on his way down...), that a person cared enough to stop and assist, and that the biologist responded so quickly...as much as I hate this cage, I'd rather have it than take any more risks with the kids!!!....I am so glad they are safe and sound!!! (I wonder if the girls are blaming Arnie for this new "redecoration"---I can see the captions flying now!!!)

Barb and Richmond Mike...you have a new mission...after the kids have fledged safely, could you please install indoor/outdoor turf on top of the ledge?....or better yet, velcro...
