I just checked in, and it looks like she's napping again.

After she finished napping, she checked the eggs, did a bit of preening, and got ready to leave the box.

Back home after a very nice but long day. Drove by the city, looking to the Brandywine Bldg. and sky all the while. Didn't see anything but a couple of Sea Gulls. Of course can't look long while driving. Had a very melancoly feeling looking to the nest ledge. Took my Falcon pics with me to family gathering. The relative little girl that read "Silent Spring" was there. She was SO interested in the story. So glad to see Red Girl at the nest today. Thanks for the pictures today.

Reenie I hope you do get a feather. If I remember, you have a collection of feathers in your Bible? I hope I'm right about this. Correct me if I'm wrong. Looking at the eggs this morning makes me terribly sad. SO glad Red Girl is still at the nest. I too hope they take the eggs, so she could start the next chapter in her life.

A falcon, probably Red Girl, is perched around the northwest curve of the building from the nest. The third sunny, cold breezy day in a row. I hope she's doing a lot of soaring and socializing. I wish the eggs were gone too but it's starting to look like she's not going to attract and hold a male in time to renest this year, so the point is probably academic.

They were making creaky gate noises. One bird is clearly smaller than the female. I was looking too much into the sun to get color on the new guy. going to go out and try to see them again.

I just got home in time to see Red Girl make a brief appearance in the nest box. She kept looking out as if she was trying to entice another falcon into the nest with her.
