I remeber the year we did this in Edmonton. But Balzac girl was sitting on dummy eggs at the time.

I had to sit and watch then also, and it took her awhile. this is different because their eggs were in a different place, but they have done this before. so I am hoping

This is kinda scary. Hope the self-feeder doesn't get too big a piece & choke cause there's nobody there to help him/her. Also, nobody there to protect these kids from predators, so I hope the adults get in gear & take care of these babies!

Actually, I guess we don't have to worry about hawks & such. The falcons probably keep them out of the area on principal alone!
