OK...just voted 4 times (but I really think only one counted)...about this voting thing...My friend just went through this with her dog and a contest held here in Atlanta...oh the stuff that went on...tsk, tsk..It seemed the more votes he got, the lower the score...it was strange...the judges discovered that some entrants had gone at length to use bots to do the voting for them...I think one dog got 18,000 votes in one day...hmmmmmmmm....a tad suspicious....and they also thought that while voting for their own pets, they also went in and voted down the competition...it was CRAZY!!!

The voting-down is happening and it's pretty obvious. 2 nights ago between 11pm and midnight, I dropped from 2.5 to 2.4. It could only be someone was voting "stinky".

I appreciate the good response that I received here. The bumping up and posts always made me smile. There are good folks at your forums SBG! That's not news to you... still, worth saying!

Regarding the PB contest, I read the fine print and it looks like the number of votes or ranking will have very little impact on the final outcome as the judges will be choosing their favorites based on certain criteria, so I still think Mick's picture of kitten Jack has a great chance of being in the top 3. Likewise all those generic pictures that toddhorken and others have submitted have very little chance. GOOD LUCK, MICK & JACK!

Edited to add:
3 Grand Prize Winners will be selected by judges: "Judging: After the Contest Period, qualified judges selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (the “Judges”) will select three (3) potential Grand Prize winner(s) based on the following criteria (“Judging Criteria”): 34% creativity, 33% originality, and 33% fit with the theme. In the event of a tie between two (2) or more Submissions, the entrant whose Submission received the highest score in the originality category will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner."

Awww, such cute pictures of Jack all grown up! And now the waiting for the contest results begins...I really do think that Jack's picture deserves the #1 spot and that the judges will award him (and Mick, of course) with 1st place.
