Well I just found momma Saffy outside hurt I think she got hit by a car I don't think she is going to make it and I don't have a car to take her to the vet I'm sure her back leg is broke
and her tail is just limp I'm thinking her back may be injured too
I put her in her box but the first thing she started doing and still is she's nursing the kittens.
I'll take her as soon as possible tomorrow if she makes it I'm just heart broken she has an appt. next week to get spayed and her shots the kittens are eating solid food so that is the only good thing about it.
Please send some good thoughts for her to either get better or go quickly.
Well I'm going to go check on her again.

Well I just looked again and it seems to be just her leg it must have been the way she
was laying that her backbone felt so wierd so fingers crossed I'll let yo know as soon as I get back tomorrow

Oh Kitten, I'm so sorry to hear about Saffy! I hope it's not as serious as you first thought and that you can find a way to get her to the Vet to get checked out. Meanwhile, I've got my fingers crossed that she'll be OK.

Please keep the rest of us posted. We'll be thinking of you and her.

kittenface, I just now read about your Saffy. Oh, poor girl. I hope she is okay. Something tells me she will be after a trip to the vet since she still felt well enough to nurse her babies. Anxiously awaiting any news . . . :shock:

Well I got up this morning and she was gone but I found her and took her
over it is a break in her back leg they are going to just put a splint because of the
cost she is there right now and maybe over night I have to go to work now
so I'll give all the details after work tonight The main thing is
she is going to be OK

Kittenface, I just now read about the accident and injury of Saffy. I'm so sorry for both of you. She had such a rough time with all those kittens and that must have been hard for you as well. One doesn't need such scares, but what a relieve to read that she will be okay.
