It has a yellow beak SGB, juveniles don't have a yellow beak?
but I see streaks on the breast ? :roll:

Seems like there is one on the porch too....

I'm pretty sure it was a young adult...I finally got a look at the wings and tail...(not a good look at the breast)...no cream bands anywhere...

I've asked Dorine & this is her answer:

This is mom Bea, who is very stained it looks like she have not grown up.
She is very tan (beige?) that also gives the confusion.

Found on google: She is ringed as nestling 2001 at Drogenbosch, Brussels, Belgium.
