Wonder if Lil Dad has decided to go on his annual vacation to keep NG guessing?? Isnt it abouit that time for lil dad to depart to places unknown for a month or two??

HOPEFULLY HE WAS JUST OUT SOMEWHERE GETTING HER BREAKFAST. I DIDN'T SEE HIM YET TODAY :-(

I've been trying to make the shadows in the scrape into Lil Dad but pretty sure no one there. Where is he?

WELL, I WENT LOOKING FOR LIL DAD AT LUNCHTIME. CHECKED THE LOUVERS AND THEN WALKED DOWN THE ALLEY ON THE OTHER SIDE OF 333. HAD A PIGEON WALK DOWN THE SIDEWALK WITH ME THE ENTIRE WAY UNTIL IT FOUND A LITTLE SMASHED CRUMB AND ACTED LIKE IT FOUND A WHOLE MEAL :-)

CHECKED THE LOUVERS ON THE OTHER SIDE TOO AND THEN UP TO THE ROOF OF THE GARAGE WHEN I NOTICED NG SHOWED UP ON THE STICK. SHE WAS UP THERE PREENING. CROP LOOKED FULL AND A FEATHER ON HER BEAK. SHE TRIED TO GET IT OFF WITH HER TALONS AT ONE POINT. THEN SHE FLEW OFF. I EVEN WENT IN THE BACK OF OUR BLDG AND CHECKED THE WINDOWSILL, NO LIL DAD :-(

IT IS FREEZING OUT THERE, ESPECIALLY IN THE ALLEYS WITH THAT WIND BLOWING! MAYBE THE COLD DROVE HIM SOMEWHERE WARMER AND HE FEELS THE BOND IS GOOD ENOUGH TO GO FOR A WHILE. I JUST HOPE HE'S SOMEWHERE SAFE. WHO KNOWS, MAYBE HE'LL TURN UP LATER ON THE LEDGE. I HOPE ANYWAYS.

NOPE, NO LIL DAD IN THE SCRAPE, I WAS SURE I'D FIND HIM THERE, BUT HE WASN'T :-(

Thanks Reenie for going out in the cold alleys to look for Little Dad. It is strange that he has not shown up on the ledge, always makes you think something is wrong. Well he must feel something about his bond that we don't always see. :wink:

And poor little NG looks lost there by herself.

Well he's not been missing long, so he may turn up today yet.

LIL DAD JUST SHOWED UP CHIRPPING ON THE STICK A BIT AGO. MAYBE HE WAS FROZEN SOMEWHERE AND JUST THAWED OUT!

Looks like its NG atop the camera perch but if lil dad is on scene maybe its him at 215

this could be lil dad as somebody was on the cam perch before the switch
