I don't see that the 2010 Raptor Resource Report has been posted anywhere, so here is the link:

I noticed that they indicate that they plan to install 2 new falconcams for next season, so we'll have to keep an eye out for that!

These two hanging out, Unfortunately, the camera has the male's head cut off most of the time.

Glad you mentioned that both were there, ljames, cause all I initially saw was the female!

:-( How can this be a good nest box location?

I saw that on Paul's too, Mick, & thought the box was likely to float away! :o

I don't know how concerned these people are with their falcons anyway, cause this is the nest where a young chick disappeared & they didn't know anything about it when ljames inquired! Didn't seem to be very concerned, either...
:x

Right catwoman. I don't plan to watch this nest next year, just can't tolerate such a lack of concern for the little falcons, too heartbreaking. I mean, could they not install some kind of drain here? Well it was raining at some point right after the baby disappeared, but never really saw it this bad then, so maybe it didn't drown. :-(

When I think of all the nests where people are so concerned about their falcons and do everything humanly possible to ensure their safety, then I look at what happened here, it just makes me sick.

(Hi ljames...we're posting at the same time)
