Right now Mom is anxious about something--maybe feeding the little guy. She went back and kept her chick warm after looking out.

I thought she was going to eat the prey herself, and not give any to the little one. Fortunately, she remembered to feed him a few bites. :egg15:

I don't think she could have laid the eggs where couldn't see them if she'd tried!

Watched a nice feed. It is good there is just one, with new mom. She is learning. Chick learning to lean in also
