So 16:18- both, banded female and unbanded male

18:19 ish banded male in and went down to eggs, and female came in livid. she lept at him. she left and he stayed and then left and she came back.
banded male has been back and back down to eggs and female has been in. You can tell she is looking for her mate.
I pray he is fine

for awhile there I thought maybe an intruder female as she almost fell, at one point coming in so fast, and I saw mostly male

I have a mixed tape. do not have time to fix, but if you watch times, you can see that I had missed why female went after male and it was because , he had gone to eggs first. she lept at him. then I put in last time I saw both male and female together. so when you watch you will see , that I was trying to answer my questions.
I am so tired of these takeovers.

not good, but he did not harm eggs. someone will be able to read band. I just do not have time.

Thank you for the video, bev. This is very disturbing to me, and it explains a lot of things. I checked the cam several times today, and for the most part the eggs were alone, but often Red Girl was sitting at the box entrance. Pretty sure I saw Trinity yesterday, but I have been having computer problems. Trinity is such an awesome male. Not having a good feeling about the future of those five beautiful eggs. :-(

Sorry for the double post. I thought it didn't go through and now don't know how to get rid of one of them.

One more post for now. Red Girl is banded, Trinity is not. Trinity has a white mark where he lost some feathers a few years ago in a skirmish with another male. It's on the back part of his head. I guess you'd call it the crown. And thanks, Beth!

The Wilmington peregrines have been having interloper problems, which have limited their incubation time on their five eggs. The viability of the eggs is now in doubt. This link will take you to a video from Friday, April 15, when an unknown male visited thge nest and made bonding gestures toward the resident female.

thanks DAvid
I was so glad to see Trinity as well. Hard day yesterday. I tired to show some different things in my video and did not have time to redo, as I was going back and forth trying to answer my questions

hoping for calm here for Trinity and REd Girl.

Good, you see that Trinity is back at the nest this morning. :CLAPS:

I'm afraid we're getting a look at the eggs far more than is normal for this period in their incubation.

I was relieved to hear that Trinity is around this morning. I think it was Bev who asked about locals watching for what is going on. I tried to do that in Harrisburg more than once, but it is pretty hard to know when something is going on and hard to know when to be there. Nature is not always pleasant to put it mildly.
