Syracuse -For years, the Syracuse pair, George and Pigott, had nested on the State Tower Building in downtown Syracuse. However, due to a planned renovation of the Tower building, a new nest was built on Syracuse’s City Hall building, which Pigott and George have used since 2019. This year the local falcon watchers are perplexed - no sign of eggs yet at the City Hall nest ! Could Pigott and George be setting up their nursery at their old State Tower nestbox? The plot thickens as Syracuse’s faithful falcon photographer says he will get his spotting scope tomorrow….Stay tuned….
