Hi all ! thanks for your nice words !
We had a huge storm this morning and I think Spirit knew it was coming. She went out and came back in less than 1 hour with a fresh pigeon. It was good for two feedings during the storm :-) She stored it in the corner of the box in between the two while we had rain, thunder and hail !

Did not see Polly today (yet!)

To answer your question I never saw Roger feed the young but last year we did not have the cameras so I missed a lot !

What a smart mom. I can see the prey in the back corner.
I thought I heard the wind picking up while the sound was still on.

I wondered why she put that prey in the corner after the feed & now I hear that it was a really smart thing to do! Thanks, Wizzz!

Thanks for all the nice pictures and comments. Well I'll say one thing, Polly made what would have been an otherwise boring incubation period, exciting. She is so interesting. I expect to see her in there anytime trying to feed the chicks. Hope everything continues to go well here.

So very true...but, actually, I expect to see her in there trying to get fed WITH the chicks!!!

I see that Wizzz didn't have time to put her video here yesterday.
Didn't want to place it instead of her, but here it is.

First feeding of the 3 little ones at 4 o'clock local time on Mai 5

Yes, great pic Bev!
It still is possible, and if number 4 does comes out, it will be a strong and healthy little young one.
All the "good stuff" is in that last egg!

It appears that one of the chicks has been eaten, possibly by Polly or another falcon?

This has happened within the last 2 hours as I have been watching them all day, except the last 2 hours. Does anyone know how to view the earlier webcam video?

At the top of the cam page, there is a link to "archives"--click that!
