Well I emailed Pefgirl about the nest this is the reply I got

I haven't heard anything yet about Fargo yet. They typically don't return for another few weeks. I know they haven't got the camera situation figured out yet this year, :gaah:
and that we will not be doing public bandings in the future.

:hapdance: This is what I've been waiting for a article about the Falcons here & there is a video also.

Peregrine falcon back to Fargo Bank of the West
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A popular, friendly visitor has returned to downtown Fargo. One of the Peregrine falcons has been spotted.

Fargo is really not that far from Winnipeg or Brandon and some of the Winnipeg birds are back. The Brandon birds are usually a week or two later, so Dakota Ace may still show up.

Well, they didn't say it wasn't Dakota Ace, they only said it was a male. Hopefully it is him. :egg8:

I am pretty sure this is the male at the start of the video. He must be watching the female, she comes to the box at about 2:45 in the video. I have no clue as to what Dakota Ace looks like or Miracle for that matter. I am sure someone here on BCAW would be able to recognize one of them. :egg16:

Thanks for the video, Carolyn! All I know about Dakota Ace is that he is quite old & has been at this nest for many years. This tiercel didn't look especially old, but didn't look young either. They did seem quite affectionate to each other, so it would surprise me if they just met!
