:1val: Pa and the female did not show up to the nest today until this evening. Pa arrived to the bowl at 7:04 to aerate and the female arrived seconds later within the same minute. She assisted him some, then stood. There were more nestorations and with Pa doing some rail work. At 7:13 while Pa was aerating the bowl, the female flew out to the left of the nest and Pa watched. He stood a bit, then at 7:17 Pa to the rear curve and flew seconds later at 7:18 to the left. An eagle landed on a tree behind the nest on the right at 8:08 and flew at 8:09 to the left, then the rear. It looked large and may have been the female, but no way to know for sure. The nest remains empty as I leave at 3:04 am.

:1val: Both were in before the 7 am hour per chat.

Pa returned at 3:02 this afternoon with a fluff delivery. He did some nestorations. At 3:05, he looked upward and became vocal as he tracked whatever was above and suddenly threw out his wings while still looking upward. I forgot to check the app cam to see what upset him. Afterwards, he stood on the nest puffed up and eventually relaxed. He flew out the left at 3:14.

He returned at 7:13 this evening for more nestorations and flew out at 7:20 to the left.

He returned at 7:29 with a stick and placed to the rear rails, then looked around. At 7:30, to the left of the central rear, branch of the nest tree, you could see one flap of a wing of a large bird as it flew up to a branch back there out of sight. Pa saw it too. At 7:32 after a thwarted attempt, he flew out the rear of the nest to a tree behind the nest to the right. Then he flew to what seemed would be another branch, but immediately you could hear a mating still in the 7:32 minute. They were obscured and I did not see Pa or the female fly off afterwards. So it was she who flew behind the nest earlier.

At 7:58, Pa returned to the nest with a large stick and placed to the tangle, then snipped on it. The female arrived to the nest at 8:04. They did nestorations for awhile. Pa to the rear curve at 8:15 as the female aerated the bowl and he flew out at 8:16 to the left, then toward the right rear. She stopped to watch where he went, then just stood in the bowl for a bit. At 8:18, the female went to the rear curve and flew at 8:19 to the left, then toward the right rear. The nest remains empty as I leave at 1:15 am.

:1val: Shortly after 7 this morning, one then the other arrived to the nest per chat. She left in a bit, but Pa remained awhile.

At 10:24 am, he returned to the nest. He stood and looked around. He flew out and over the left branch at 10:45. He returned shortly with a stick and placed to the right rails. He flew out for the day at 10:57 to the left, then toward the rear. The nest remains empty as I leave at 2:30 am.

:1val: There were no morning visits to the nest. The female arrived at 12:20 with slightly upset vocals, but she immediately started aerating the bowl, then was looking around, so I thought everything was okay. Then at 12:23, she looked up and cried out and threw out her wings. The app cam revealed an intruder flyover from left to right. So I bet she had seen that intruder earlier in the area and that is what brought her to the nest. At 12:32, she went to the left branch and feaked, then turned around to face the nest. She called out at 12:45. At 1:51, she turned back around on the branch. Then at 1:53, she hopped over to almost the base of the near right, branch which brought her into a close up view at the middle of the screen. She looked around. She turned around at 1:54 and went down onto the nest. To the rear curve of the rails at 1:58 and flew seconds later to the left for the day.

Pa arrived at 5:24 with food and ate. You could hear: crunch, crunch, crunch with every bite. He finished at 5:32 and picked around at the floor for any tidbits left. He flew out at 5:33 to the left, then toward the rear for the day.

Rocky visited the nest from 9:11-9:12 this evening. The nest remains empty as I leave at 1:15 am.

:1val: There were no eagle visits until 8:14 this evening when the female arrived to the nest with Pa arriving seconds later. They aerated the bowl. At 8:16, she flew out the left, then toward the rear and upward. Pa watched to see where she went, then picked at the left nest floor a couple times. At 8:18, he flew out the left, then toward the rear. The nest remains empty as I leave at 4:20 am.

:1val: Pa in with a stick this morning at 7:04 that he placed to the rear rails, then did some adjustments. He looked around, then flew at 7:06 to the left. The female arrived to the nest at 7:15 and aerated the bowl, then looked around. She flew out to the left at at 7:18.

He returned at 3:09 and flew out to the left at 3:12. At 5:07, he returned again and seconds later the female arrived. They did nestorations, Pa even rested in the bowl and brought fluff toward his chest a couple times, she took a break on the left branched and preened for awhile. Then back to the nest and they did nestorations and snipped on each other when they got too close. Pa to the left branch at 5:40 and flew seconds later at 5:41. She watched to see where he went. Pa returned at 5:50 with a stick and placed toward the right rails, then aerated the bowl. Female to the left branch at 5:51 and down to the nest again at 6:04. They seem to be doing deeper aerations to the bowl than usual today. More nestorations and they snipped on each other again. More work and they snipped on each other once again. Then more rail work for a bit and more standing looking around. Pa to the right branch at 6:21 and the female adjusts the front rails. He flew at 6:23, she watched him go, then stood on the front of the nest. He returned at 6:27 with another stick and placed to the front rails. Then he did more aeration of the bowl. At 6:29 the female got on the base of the left branch and moved a stick and a minute later she moved further up on the branch and flew at 6:31. Pa watched her go, then up to the left branch at 6:33 and flew at 6:37.

Pa in with a fluff delivery at 8:15 and the female in at 8:16 and aerated the bowl. Then they worked on more nestorations, stood a bit, more nestorations and stood some more. The female flew out at 8:24 for the night to the left, then rear and Pa followed her out for the night, also to the left and rear. The nest remains empty as I leave at 1:24 am.

:1val: Nobody came in today until this evening (this morning I could hear equipment running in the area and this may be part of the reason they stayed away for a part of the day) and it was Pa arriving to the nest at 7:08. He stood and looked around occasionally the whole visit, not a lick of work. At 8:00, he went to the left branch and flew seconds later. The nest remains empty as I leave at 2:02 am.

:1val: No eagles today until the female arrived at 12:41 this afternoon. It turned out to be a very long visit as she did not fly out till 6:58 pm. Pa was on the nest from 2:49 till flying from the right branch at 3:11. During his stay they did nestorations and stood some. He returned at 3:21 with a stick and placed to the right rail. They did more nestorations and stood some. Pa to the left branch at 4:01 and flew at 4:03. He returned at 4:04 with a stick and placed to the front rails, then more nestorations. At 4:06 the female went into the horaltic pose and relaxed at 4:08. Pa to the left branch at 4:10 and flew seconds later. He returned at 4:16 with a stick and placed to the left rails. They stood. Pa to the right branch at 4:21 and flew at 4:22. The female watched him go, then stood some more. At 4:58, she aerated the bowl, then continued to stand. She did not fly till 6:58 this evening. A very long visit. After that, I missed till 8:28 and do not know if they or one of them returned during that period. The nest remains empty as I leave at 1:38 am.

:1val: Pa and the female were in early this morning and Pa returned once later in the morning per chat. Then no more visits till 3:55 when the female arrived to the nest and aerated the bowl. Pa arrived a minute later. Then they stood a bit and next aerated the bowl. At 4:03, the female went to the left branch and Pa did some nestorations, then laid down on the bowl at 4:04. Pa stood at 4:06. The female turned around on the branch at 4:09 as Pa aerated the bowl. She went back down on the nest at 4:10 and over to Pa and they snipped on each other. The female laid down on the nest at 4:12, then she was up moving fluff on the floor of the nest and aerated the bowl. They stood watching something above for a bit. At 4:46, Pa to the bowl and a minute later, they snip on each other again. At 4:59, Pa flew to the left and the female watched him go. The female stood for a long time, then flew at 6:55. At 7:42, she returned to the nest and aerated the bowl. Then at 8:03 she flew to the left, then toward the rear. Pa arrived to the nest at 8:34. At 8:35, you could hear the female call out and Pa responded to her with vocals, then he flew out the left into the darkness. The nest remains empty as I leave at 2:41 am.

:1val: As far as I know, there were not any eagle visits to the nest today until 8:01 this evening, when Pa arrived and pulled up a stick from the nest floor and placed to the right rails. At 8:02, he got up on the right rails. Then back on the nest toward the rear at 8:03 and he flew out to the left, then toward the rear. The nest remains empty as I leave at 12:55 am.

:1val: Pa was the eagle possibly in at 6:45 this morning per chat. He returned at 1:10 this afternoon and flew at 1:51 per chat. He returned to the nest at 3:02 this afternoon and the female at 3:03. They aerated the bowl, then stood a bit. At 3:09, the female went to the left branch and flew seconds later. Pa watched to see where she went and at 3:10 he went to the left branch and flew seconds later at 3:11. Pa to the nest at 3:34 with a stick in his beak and placed to the right rails, then stood a bit. He went to the left branch at 3:50 and flew seconds later. He apparently flew a wide circle as you could see him approaching from the left rear and then onto the nest again at 3:51. He looked around, then flew at 3:53 to the left. At 4:05, you could hear eagle alerts in the distance. At 8:17, the female arrived to the nest and looked out the left side of it and alerted. Pa in at 8:18 and looked toward the left and alerted. Then they aerated the bowl. Stood a bit. She flew out to the left at 8:20, then toward the rear and Pa followed her out in the same manner. Then their vocals could be heard in the distance. More eagle vocals could be heard at 8:46. Rocky seen at 11:36. The nest remains empty as I leave at 1:36 am.

:1val: Pa arrived to the nest at about 6:53 this morning per chat. The female arrived later to join him. Apparently they did not stay long. Nobody returned to the nest until 4:31 when Pa arrived and stood until 4:39 when he went to the left branch and flew seconds later for the day. The nest remains empty as I leave at 2:06 am. The app cam is down again.

:1val: No eagles to the nest till 11:30 this morning when Pa arrived and stood. He flew at 11:51 out the left. Then no more visits till 8:13:42 this evening when Pa touched down 1st and the female 2nd. Both in this order and within the same second. I thought at 1st, she was going to land on top of him, but she didn't. She is panting, he is not. They aerate the bowl, but she gives up quickly. She's holding her wings slightly away from her body to cool. He continues to aerate the bowl. At 8:15, the female got up on the rear curve and flew seconds later at 8:16 to the left, then rear. Pa watched and actually ran off the nest and flew to the left, then the right rear. She alerted from the distance as his talons lifted off the nest and you couldn't help but wonder if he saw trouble and that's why he ran off the nest before taking flight. They are a bonded pair now and Pa is ever ready to come to her defense or show his support. Later in the 8:16 minute, an eagle flew to a branch in a tree behind the nest tree on the upper right. At 8:18, the eagle did some maneuvering thru the branches and again at 8:20. It flew out to the rear at 8:21. The nest remains empty as I leave at 1:00 am. The app cam is working again.

:1val: Per chat, Pa was in 6:23 and out 6:37 this morning. He returned with a stick at 6:51. There was a fly by at 6:57 and the female called out from the distance at 6:59 and Pa flew. Pa in 7:12. In a bit, the female is heard again in the distance. He flew at 7:15.

No further visits till Pa arrived at 8:10 this evening, stood, did a walkabout, stood, then flew at 8:12 to the left, then rear and landed on a branch in one of the trees behind the nest tree on the left. At 8:13, he maneuvered about the branches. He flew to the rear at 8:14, then you could hear welcoming eagle chatter between the 2. The nest remains empty as I leave at 12:13 am.

:1val: Nobody to the nest today until 2:16 this afternoon when the female showed up with crying vocals. You could hear her before you could see her as she flew in. At 2:17 Pa arrived to the nest. She aerated, they looked around, she aerated some more. They continued to look around and upward.
