yep - Ashland 2 chicks were banded June 25.

I am wondering if the High bridge cam is off because they planned to band the chick. I guess I have to wait for cam to go LIVE again.

Yes King had a new box and no chicks - yes that is the OLD box. i HAVE NO IDEA who sent me that email.

37 jumped off perch onto roof curb - and ran along it - off cam.
Well, he's happy now!

Now 38 flew up on top of nestbox roof.
37 is cavorting in the rain, splashing, flapping down on bldg roof. He is able to get from down on the lower rooftop up to the roof curb - and run run runs along it.

YESTERDAY Both returned to box at dusk - gone off cam all day.
At dusk Both ran along curb - one stepped up to box perch - the other flew from the curb up to box roof.

About 6 pm yesterday I saw one juvie outside down on the curb.
The strong wind nearly blew him off the curb - twice.
He sort of climbed to regain the curb.

Overnite Mom stayed with the one who never left the box yesterday.

July 16, 2025 VERY WINDY!
Both young roam the curb all around the building, and come home at night.
Mom or Dad spend the night inside box, but kids overnite On perch and one prefers under box.

10.30 am and the kids are still at home, huddled together. Odd.
The wind has been bouncing the cam pretty badly.
I see pigeons under the roof - cam right. hahahahaha

One took off right after I posted that. He blew sort of off but climbed back up on curb. He almost ended up roosting with the pigeons. LOL!

2 pm Little One never left the house.
The bigger one is all over the cement curb, running around the bldg roof.
