:flirty: Came in and noticed the female pigeon looked as if she is incubating. She is! Went back on timeline and can see 1 white egg!!! Mr. and Mrs. Smigeon have made this their home!!!

May 8 Update: Adult, female peregrine falcon (Mom: <2011-2014) in hands of rehabilitator: survived a "turn for the worse" 1.5 weeks ago, liver is enlarged, but breathing better, worry/concern now for her left eye (and she needs that if she is to ever be released back into the wild), past three days behaving "spunkier", rehabilitator holding out hope that maybe she'll surprise us ... wondered (out loud) if somehow the bird came in contact with something toxic. Let's keep the faith, cross fingers, etc.

Still one egg!!! Has a couple twigs now for a nest. :teehee: Realize pigeons are known for building flimsy nests. :loveheart2:

Me either!! Hope they change their minds...I can understand if they want to turn off the cam...it's probably quite expensive to stream...

Wow I can't believe that. "Flying rats" really. Not nice. I had to contact a DEC agent in the area several years ago about a bunny in distress and he told me not to worry about the bunny because they are hopping steaks for many other critters. That remarked turned me off and so does this one.

:teehee: And in the same breath, I will post, hatch watch for pigeons begins today or tomorrow, I think! I figured it up last week, but am too lazy to figure again. Hoping all of our birds remain safe. I can never catch one of the pigeons off the egg/eggs, even on the timeline!
