7:13am - Flapper on our left, very frisky this morning... male(?) on right:

7:15am - Flapper walked along window ledge (closest to us) to visit brother:

7:17am - Good Morning, Mom!

June 14, 2015 SONday Shepnotes
5.15 am One chick spent the night over the wall, 2 in doorway as first faint rays illumine the roof
A week ago they couldnt get out of the nest tray - now the girls roam the roof, Male can get over but I only saw him do it twice.
Dark feathers poking thru white fluff as they wingercize.
5.45 am First Boh appears with prey and Mid Sis GRABS! it away - snip is blurred
- Boh leaves FAST and Barb comes right away with prey and feeds Big Sis
- Male waits patiently across the wall, not screaming.
- The 2 sisters start fighting over the Boh prey, so Barb takes her prey to Male and feeds him but not very long.
Big Sis is very clearly the 1st hatch, but I dunno if Male was 2nd or 3rd hatched. Was he behind due to health factors?
7.30 am Barb feeds all 3 - then exits stage left, the girls go offcam and Male under ledge

I am focused on GSB - once Male walked offcam I quit watching.
I'll bring up later this afternoon toward suppatime

Thunderstorms last evening, esp between 6-8pm; when I checked the nest, Parent was on right-hand ledge on guard and 3 chicks visible... all looked well!

6:30am check - Saw 2 chicks napping, lazing... nothing to report!

5.15 am first rays of dawn find 2 kids inside nest - at doorway and under cam right - and the third just across wall near nest.
5.43 huddle around prey Boh dropt n fled - shows feather development
6.30 am Boh feeds 2 insiders, demonstrates back against the wall (pic on RRP) :egglaugh:

6.34 Boh feeds the outsider - as the insiders watch. Who is who? Male outside is my guess, brown coming in first
- And Male is off down to the other side of the roof outta cam shot - where they all spend the day.
6.38 off goes the 2nd - off cam - on a foggy morning

Thanks bon for June 14 storm report. I saw it coming and kids had a good feed just before I went offline.

You really thot they'd share? LOL! NOT!

sky, I noticed that - #3 will eat later - one always seemed to miss brekky #1

Chicks spend the day off cam, then show up when sun is no longer on nest.
Its 95 degrees - thats HOT!

I didnt see a 'hot' icon so used cold - hahahaha!
