I've had the cam on since around 8:00 this morning, and haven't seen any falcons until about five minutes ago. Am assuming it's new guy out on the stick enduring the chilly rain that's falling.

NEW GUY ARRIVED ON THE POINT AROUND 8:05. NOT SURE IF HE WAS THERE EARLIER OR NOT. HE CALLS OUT EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE, LOOKING ALL AROUND.

A friend and I spent about an hour an a half downtown today from roughly noon until 1:30. For a different perspective, we first went to the roof of the Walnut Street Garage. Didn't see anything out of the ordinary while up there. We were just about to leave when my friend spotted a falcon sitting on the roof of the train station, and then another falcon came from the direction of the U Building and flew toward the Carson Building. The falcon on the train station roof flew also. We got over to the Chestnut Street Garage roof as quickly as we could. We found Niecey on the stick and the new guy up on the glass cubbie above the nest ledge. She flew over to the corner of the U Building roof, and the new guy flew to the stick. They both flew down Market Street at one point. He returned to the stick, but we couldn't find where Niecey had gone.

That's a nice picture of the new guy on the point in the fog.
Thanks for the report Jane. I don't like anybody being around the train station though. Sounds like Niecey and the new guy are getting pretty chummy. :gaaaaah:
