Yes, it's a little concerning that she is hesitant about the scrape. Hope she doesn't decide to lay hers eggs on the U building or somewhere else. Boy that would be a bummer.

Oh Good grief, Lil' Dad has brought a little scrap to the ledge. Well it is sweet.

Looks like he might be eating the thing.

Lil' Dad has been standing in the scrape squeaking and Niecey remains on the stick. I think he wants her in that scrape, laying an egg. Well it's up to her but I sure thought we'd have an egg by now. I've been checking in at night too and haven't seen her on the shield or stick or anything. And now we have a 3rd canoodle.

Well, she's been in the scrape for a while now. This is looking encouraging. And now she's gone. The thought of her laying eggs over on the U Building came to my mind also. But there's no scrape over there.

Wonder what is bothering her that she won't stay in the box. This morning early when I was watching she just sat on the edge in front of the scrape. Maybe the camera is making a noise?

Looking really hard up there. Wish someone could check things out before she lays an egg if she's going to.

3 times she started to lay down but didn't.

Lil Dad just brought food and she took off with it. 3pm

Lil Dad on the stick looking in the direction she flew.

Niecey was in the scrape for a while, often looking up at whatever it is she doesn't like. I never got the impression she was trying to lay an egg. Little Dad brought food a bit ago, so she took off with it.

Canoodle on the stick a moment ago. Little Dad now on the point.

Lil Dad was in the scrape Niecey was on the pole. I thought it was her in the scrap til I saw leg bands. I guess Lil Dad was showing her it was ok. He came out circled around and they had a nice long canoodle. She's still sitting on the stick.

It has started raining lightly here again. Niecey has moved from the stick to the shield and is busy preening. Still looking up at whatever she doesn't like, but maybe not quite as often. Not sure where Little Dad is. He had been on the point earlier.
