:teehee: Well I tried really hard today to see if she laid a 4th egg. First one, then the other would be incubating and I kept coming in after the hand off. Then this evening when I came in I noticed he was on duty and there had to be a final nest exchange. So I waited. Sure enough he got up just a couple minutes before 8 pm and she hopped up on the lip of the nest box right smack dab in the middle of the view of the eggs! And the most I could see between her legs was 3 eggs ... :imbored:

I can't believe you missed it!!! She went into labor about 8:24 pm. About the last 45 seconds, she was pushing about every second and 1/2. She's probably exhausted.

:teehee: The last I remember looking at the cam clock was 8:04. Even though I posted after that, I piddle too much, I'm watching AGT. She was totally relaxed the last I saw of her at that time. I think it was Maltese who I saw do a PS straight down in the gravel as she was about to lay one of her eggs this season. It's a dead giveaway for sure!
