I am so much better. Thank you for asking. It is snowing to "beat the band" right now but not sticking. They are talking about major snow later tonight and tomorrow.

I am going to see if I can find something out about the cam today. I miss seeing our Dixie and Yankee! I hope they are staying out of this weather.

Yep we sure are! I'm ready - ready to stay home tomorrow if there is a blizzard! LOL No really they may ban driving in the city tomorrow so I would have to stay home! I have to go out soon to make sure my birds have enough food.

I wish I would hear something back from UB. Sigh.

I am in a pocket that didn't get a whole lot of snow but areas right next to me have anywhere from 5 to 6 feet. We have travel bans so I will be house bound again today. No problem with that one! LOL. My poor dear brother in law has been stuck in this mess for 30 hours now. We are all praying someone will get to him today. The National Guard is here so we are hoping for the best.

Poor Dixie and Yankee - I hope they are together and making the best of the situation!

:snowball: :snowball: :snowball: :snowball: :snowball:

PS I think my yard has about 2 ft of snow - and that all just fell in the last couple of hours.

As of Wednesday afternoon, more than five feet of snow had already fallen on the region. As much as three more feet are expected by Friday, putting the likely total snowfall above the average regional snowfall for an entire year, which is just under eight feet.

“This is an historic event. When all is said and done, this snowstorm will break all sorts of records, and that’s saying something in Buffalo,” Gov. Andrew Cuomo said at a press conference Wednesday.

Sally-you ok!
Kris-you ok!

There are still several driving bans on. My brother in law made it home after 5 days and we are all very thankful especially his wife (my sister) and his dog - Sarge.

This snow storm has certainly been one for the history books!

I asked about the UB Cam. An email was sent to the staff UB and now we are just waiting.

Thank you for thinking of us!

We ended up with 17.7" total..not as bad as the southwest part of our county (Genesee), Wyoming and Erie Co. did..we lucked out! Our county plus others are under a flood warning the next few days but it won't impact us at our house. I feel so bad for all that have been affected by this disaster. I have good friends in Lackawanna and Hamburg (south of Buffalo) who had more than 75" of snow and are still under travel restrictions. I'm glad Sally and Wendy made out OK and thanks for thinking of us! :waveleaf:
