Nice videos, thanks SGB! Guess he didn't think to use his talons to hold onto the food while he pulled his head away. Looked like E6 even knew something was wrong. Or maybe he was thinking, "is dad really going to eat that whole thing?" :teehee:

Both adults are there now! One in nest and one on branch facing inward now. Ozzie must have responded! Having come back to site ... I have sound again.

Ozzie has left the nest, but do not know if he flew off or is on a branch out of view. Watched Harriet jump from branch to left side of nest and look kinda down and outward, then she moved toward the center of nest with E6. Hope Urdognu is taping and can shed some light on event.

Harriet has moved back to the branch facing outward and E6 is back to sleep! Hope everything remains okay here!!!

seems to be younger eagle. maybe same one as before

Oz is at nest with youngster and intruder still in tree. lots of ground crew. no sign of Harriet yet . probably fishing.
