Harriet delivered fish head 10:51a.m., fish at 11:01a.m. and squirrel at 12:25p.m.

E6 today it is 108 days old :loveheart:

Ozzie the bald eagle received his scheduled physical therapy and X-ray this morning. A callus, new bone development, has begun to develop and bridge his two fractured ends together. During the physical therapy session, Ozzie’s wings where measured for range of motion and stretched to prevent loss of mobility.
After physical therapy, Ozzie was returned to a small outside enclosure where he will stay for approximately one week without his body wrap. The next step will be to transfer him to a larger enclosure where he can strengthen his flight muscles.
Ozzie has been in the care of CROW for almost four weeks. No release date has been scheduled.

I am glad he is makin g progress and I hope he is kept till nesting season is over. that way he will not have to fight . because he will need time after release to get in tune with things again

do not always post everyday but watch every day.

E6 will be well learne dfor hsi adventures in life. He has had to defend and learn a lot. more than others his age would do. Harriet has done an exceptional job.
E6 has amazed me. He even carried around an arnadillo yesterday.

I have loved the jurney through the eys of this cam ad the cameras of loved ground viewers.

Oz continues to improve and it is in his best interests to be there until season is over. If he can be released , end of season is perfect as no one is really defending and he can just fly back to area. If Harriet is there , sh e will know him

After almost 6 weeks at CROW, Ozzie’s condition continues to improve.

He will be moved to a small flight cage today where he will be able to take short flights and build his strength and stretch his wings. No release date has been scheduled and Ozzie is expected to be at CROW for at least another month.

E6 was gone more than 24 hours and just returned to the nest looking gorgeous! Get your last looks of this fantastic and amazing eagle!!! Well ahead of his time in life skills and adventures compared to other eaglets of same age! And always with that special E6 Zest!!! :flirty:

E6 is currently on the nest. He has just polished off a fish his mom brought. E6 caught a bird yesterday.

From chat: Final chat 6-9 pm on the 8th & 9th, cams to remain on this season for hopeful Ozzie release, release will be announced on FB, as cams are normally off after season d/t severe storms @ this time of year it may become necessary to turn off regardless to protect cams.

they think a month fo r his release and although i know th e cam watchers were hoping sooner. but this will be a great time as E6 will not be around and hopefully he will no t have a hard time with young male.

I watch all their videos and they are amazing. when you are watching just one site it is easier to be better
