I'm not seeing anything come up in the Pittsburgh Falconuts group. I wonder if this is one of those groups where a moderator has to approve the comments before they post. :egg16:

I've posted in this group before and its never been a "mod approved" page...maybe they've changed it based on this situation?

I don't know...heck, why not...You're as much of a Falcon expert as she is, maybe more..I generally respect what she has to say (and I don't disrespect it now), but its like she has removed all emotion from her blog entry and FB comments...maybe she feels she needs to do this for whatever reason.

I still can't find the FB post...

I also have a lot of respect for what Kate says, BUT I think there is also something to be said for people who watch a ton of cams every year & learn a whole lot from watching. We've learned never to say never.

Thanks for contacting the Game Commission, Carly! If you're unsure of whether you got the right place, I'm sure Reenie would know & would also know who to contact that would be likely to do something. Reenie does know about this, because I saw her posts on FB last night.

I just don't know what to say here. I had so much hope and am so sorry to see little one like this. At 2:56pm ET, seems baby is breathing heavier, but could be because Dorothy is brooding over his face/head.

I just hope baby isn't in any pain.

Dorothy is such a good Mom. I know she's trying and has stayed with her baby.

I had seen a post earlier about Dorothy using pebbles to try to build up the area around the baby to help him turn--I had thought she was eating pebbles because she was upset. She was just doing this again & it was very clear that she was using her beak to knock pebbles down around baby. What a smart lady she is! :clap:
