Earlier... I saw part of something (chick?) right beside the "Chesapeake Cons" logo.... and it's gone now... and when I saw it - 2 chicks were very visible......

When Boh first arrived, followed by Barb, it did appear that one chick came from the far left...and then I got distracted by a phone call so not sure how many briefly appeared..

BonBon, I know of the tip of white you saw and felt it was of large enough mass/shape to be part of a chick. Unfortunately, I was viewing @ times when only one other chick was in view with it.

This is one of those nests where you're gonna have to watch a lot to keep track of the kids...that can be exhausting

:eggjump: So 2 girls and a boy. Hope the little boy can make a full recovery and return to the nest soon, if they have a way of releasing him there without scaring off the girls!

A word of note. Tri State is an excellent facility...except, they like to hack the birds rather than return to the nest. Here's hoping whatever the little guy has can be treated quickly so that they WILL return to the nest. I wonder how far they are from Baltimore...

Craig always has the bird's best interest at heart and usually doesn't think twice about intervening if he thinks its needed...

I wonder if this was the one I (maybe we) kept seeing hanging back from feeds...

How long can he be away from the nest to be safely returned (rather than hacked)? Would/could returning him to the nest cause the other chicks to freak and fall? (If he was 'all better' let's say by Monday... is that cutting it too close?) Thanks all!
