Blackdog~mystery solved. #3 is somewhere below the nest box area..or at least that's what it appears. Sure wish they would pull this cam back some..

Mom arrives with food and it looks like there's going to be a feed...

But then she stops

Grabs breakfast and heads out...it looked like she went down...but, that's just a guess since ya really can't see..

Dad came in a few minutes ago with more food...I'll post those pics in a few..

Dad arrives with small prey...kids are excited

Tug-o-war begins

Tug-o-war moves from Beak to feet while dad watches.

Dad realizes there is a whole bird in the corner of the box (I had wondered what that object was earlier)

Pulls it out and starts to defeather. food fight continues..nobody is eating yet.

After a little prep, dad heads over to start a feed..

Maybe 7 or 8 bites..I really didn't count

Dad decides its enough and leaves with most of the bird..that had been in the box..that the kids had ignored..thus missing a free meal!!

7.15 am People on SS are claiming Garrett fledged, but I see 3 of them, 2 inside box and 1 on right corner by cam.
8 am BOTH parents zoom the nestbox - Im sure they're encouraging fledge
8.10 Mom drops prey in box. Garrett on end of extension
2 birds inside, one out end of perch extension
Parent just flew up n lit on top of cam
Box Cam position needs to be far enuf out to see end
8.20 - parents are definitely buzzing Garrett to leave! He flaps but doesnt fly.
8.45 am Mom up on top of cam, Liz screaming inside, Nina and Garrett on extension. JUMP Gar - JUMP!
9 am 2 inside box, 1 out on perch

he flew roof to cam to roof to cam -
off cam, circled around - and back into box!

The 4 kids have 4 very distinctly different temperaments! They remind me a lot of the 2013 kids.
9.18 am Mom on cam, Liz inside, 2 juv on ext
9.30 BOTH parents flew to roof, then off - Gar just wont leave perch.
M did lure Gar to roof again
10.30 am Liz just came out on left corner
Nina has been on right corner - Garrett on roof
noon - still 3 in / on box
that Liz never shuts up!!!!! She's a car alarm they cant turn off! They heard her where GSB Dweller works! (kidding)
3.30 pm 2 pancaked on roof, Liz outside on near corner
Nina made it up to the roof to lay with Garrett
4 pm Beautiful Travis perched on his falcon mancave on the ledge - in view of nestbox

Ya know what carolyn? I think Garrett scared himself when he realized he was in the air!
It was more than branching but less than a fledge, more of a - - flanch

4.47 am Liz exits to near outside corner
5.05 Garrett fledges for real!
Nina on cam top flapping
Nina goes back n forth cam to roof and back

they need to pull cam back at fledge time

5.35 Nina slipped nearly off the side. She'll fledge today.
5.52 Nine flew from cam top to inside box - LOL!
6 am Mom on perch, then Dad follows to roof with prey, drops n leaves - Mom eats! hahahahaa drivin kids nutz
6.04 Mom gets Nina out on perch to feed, Liz out on corner screamin
Nina goes in box - Liz sits on corner screamin

8.30 am WOW! Liz walked cautiously out to the end of the entension, wings out like a tightrope walker
Nina stands in box looking like she could launch from there - like Rusty did.
WOW again! Liz flew from end into box! the most bravery I've seen from her!
8.35 Nina fledged, Liz flaps

I am astonished! Garrett RETURNED to the box again!
I didnt record the time because I couldnt believe my eyes. LOL!
He pancaked on roof for a snooze - then went inside for more zzzzzzzz
Mom fed Liz on perch
3.25 pm Gar took off from perch extention - the one on the roof screams
- I never saw Liz go to roof, perhaps she did. I am amazed one of the males is flying so well already. WOW
4 pm Cries from below

He was later ID'd to be Garrett 08/D

The one on the right is having a lot to say! Does anyone know if there are fledge helpers for this site just in case the juvies run into trouble? I suppose it is a dangerous spot for people though.

Sally - no GSB has no spotters other than many who watch the cam
Like all wild birds - they are on their own
In 2013 a group did go try to find the 4 who 'fell'
They found one - the other 3 reappeared up top after a couple weeks
