This is all I managed to get...Barb was already there...Boh came up..quick bonding in the tray, Barb leaves, Boh stays a few seconds then leaves..

Those are precioius snips of Boh and barb bonding in the nest.
Very interesting. It seemed Barb was calling him earlier.

Younger female (I think) is on top of the table...I choose to follow the other one just in case...

the 2 girls are still up there...I'm guessing that was Barb doing the fly by...I couldn't tell if she was trying to knock that one kid off the ledge or move it back from the ledge (the one you can barely see on the lower left..whatever or whomever that was, it sure did make that girl back away...hee hee..

Our girl is debating the wild skies - when one of her parents dive bombs her! hahahaa
She cringes as parent approachs, parent loop de loops, lands on far end of roof.
There is NO WAY Koppie is that agile yet!
I saw Michele buzz her young on the roof at GSB this year - several times - calling them into the skies
She just tried to lure her baby into the sky - she wouldnt knock her off

I took snips off skys video - went thru it several times - stop actions

the parent was buzzing the kid that was on the lower ledge, far left...I'll do some stills in a few and circle..

I'm sure the parent was flying for the benefit of both, but I think it was the one on the lower ledge that was the main target. She's in the boxed area, flapping and almost hidden...and when the parent passes, she really backs up and moves away from the edge..

July 1, 2015 Wednesday Shepnotes
after overnite rain
5.15 am At least 1 spent the nite in nest tray - I see dark shadowy flapping wings
5.19 am She flew up on ledge and is outlined by the harbor lights - and then flew off the other end
Both girls still have white specks on top of their heads
6.15 am they get active on cam
By 6.23 both off cam
7.10 am Barb is in nest next to cam and wall vocalizing, as if mumbling to herself
It just seems odd to me
7.25 Barb now perched on curb - still mumbling
She was there a long time
8.25 I see falcon feet under the bridge, then Barb laid down and I snipt her pic

Chesapeake Conservancy We have a report from an employee in the building that he was seen on the 24th floor yesterday, so he has made some progress since his first sighting on the 9th floor. We will continue to try to get as much information as we can from people on site there.

They are currently way down at the other end...and I wouldn't be surprised if that was the end they fledged from..which would be a bummer, since we can't see..

I'm also surprised to see the older female still there. I watched her fly the entire length of the "table" yesterday afternoon. she landed on the end, used it as a springboard and continued her flight out of cam view...
