TUNED IN EARLIER TO SEE NIECEY ON THE STICK AND LIL DAD ON THE POINT WITH A FULL CROP. AFTER NIECEY LEFT, LIL DAD WENT TO THE STICK AND NOW I SEE HE'S ON THE CAM PERCH, GOTTA LOVE HIM :flirty:

Missed seeing Lil Dad on his camera perch. A while ago he was on the stick part of the ledge, then on the stick. He was gone for a while, but he's been back on the stick since at least 12:30. It has gotten VERY windy here, but at least it's above freezing.

I've been sitting here at the computer reading a magazine for well over an hour. Somewhere around 1:50, Niecey landed on the point. I thought her breast feathers looked pretty messed up, but she seems to be OK. I will watch for a while yet, but must run some errands in a bit. They both took off somewhere around 2:17. Wish I had tried to grab a picture of Niecey. Looked like she was missing some feathers beneath her bib.

I got an email indicating that there was new wire news on the website. I went to the link & there was nothing new. Very strange... :girlcrazy:

you said it was very windy so maybe her feathers blowing gave that look.

Glad Loza was recording while Niecey was on the point. I did wonder if she was dirty, as it certainly looked like she had eaten recently. I don't think the wind was blowing her breast feathers around. When the wind comes from the northwest, it's blowing against the back of the building, so they ledge is somewhat protected. I had the view enlarged the whole time she was on the point until they both left around 2:15 or a little later.

I got that email as well, found nothing new posted, came here and paged back to see that we've had some live feed going on. I missed out on that announcement somehow. I've had a lot going on in my personal life right now and haven't been checking the forum often after the live feed stopped last season. I check in on the Facebook page more frequently though. I'll have to try to get over here more now.
