Sorry I didn't post it yesterday, I was still reeling about the news of E2.

Did you know that E2 was Sparks uncle? Spark's mother - SW - and E2 were half-siblings. They both shared Tasha as a mother.

eggs were uncovered for a bit but Saprk is just on. my guess is he had food for Durand. I hope to get PB straightened out so I can post pictures soon, without freezing

:flirty: I just saw Spark bring in prey for Durand ... they talked to each other ... she got off the eggs and they both ran down the ledge meeting halfway for the exchange ... she immediately flew ... soon followed by him ... then he returned to cover eggs ...

The cams went down at 8:45 last night. At the moment they went down, Durand was on the eggs and Spark was on the ledge in front of the nest box. I thought it was odd that he would be there so late after sunset.

Durand has probably laid her 4th egg by now.

Can someone let Donna know that the cams are down?

Just an FYI...Donna is aware of the cam outage and has alerted the "masses"...Hopefully they will get right on it first thing Monday morning...and hopefully a 4th egg will be waiting for us...

Looks like they had to choose which cam to stream...at least for now...

We have a new computer system at work and I can't get this cam anymore, so these posts are such a welcome treat during the weekdays to keep me in the loop about my favorite peregrine pair. Thanks everybody. Congrats Spark and Durand. Four! :easterbasket:
