Bird Cams Around the World

We are in business! I did get a report last week of a falcon flying around the Capitol. Cross your fingers ladies!

both have been here. one on box now at 14:50 is really watching skies and calling and then stops.

I have some pciutres and I am tryng to do a few edited videos which i will post later
bands if nay are easier for me to see if I do video

they are both at site, male in box and female on ledge but watching something out there
male has bands, looking at female to see. She is not cooperatng

both in box now and she does not have bands . did one last year have bands

I saw both Buffy and AU about dawn

I am going to call the 2020 female - Buffy cuz she is orange
Male 24 / AU born in 2015 Potomac River

2020 - Male 24/AU has been seen on camera with a female with no leg bands.
bev - Mar 5 banded male - unbanded female

1st female in 2019 was not banded
2019 a banded male Peregrine Falcon (24/AU)
2019 female banded in Delaware.

I thought the second female last year was banded . she was young also.

In Baltimore (chesapeake) the 2 females fought for the nest and the younger won

I wonder if these 2 females will / are fighting for this box

I saw her yesterday all day, but never saw him. DGIF says it the same male. She has a nice brood patch. I'll have to post a pic when I get a second.

male on top of box and was agitated or trying to call in female. he went form box to ledge to top of box and that is where this starts

6.30 am Both appear on ledge, AU male went in box, Buffy (female) did not
She stayed on ledge, chirping, and left shortly after he left

bev did an excellent job above-
very time consuming to edit her videos

Buffy unbanded female appears to be his choice this year
male 24 / AU also from 2019

8.24 am Just saw a falcon flying again - they must perch up above this window
If the birds are fighting, I havent seen it on cam - I do hope not
10.30 am Buffy likes to sit on top of the box
AU came into the box, called her, she wouldnt come inside, he left
10.50 am she left too - from the top of the box

I have had cam up and have not seen much. bad weather I guess. I have only seen the male and the second time he was a chupping, but whether because he was trying to attract female or someone else around is just a guess

first spotting of him. He did not stay long





then next time he came to roof of box just a chupping , sat for a few and then flew off

Nope, not much activity today
Buffy sat on top of the box a long time
After she left I didnt see her again

I have switched back & forth between firefox and chrome browser
I have several windows up
chrome wont stream - but will 'catch up' when I click in
firefox will stream steadily
Some people will appreciate that info

I have seen the male in the box chirping
I have not seen the female inside the box
Just reporting my personal obs

what'd ya do wif da rain cloud sky ? LOL

It was sunny most of the day, but windy. I watched her all day the other day and never saw her go in the box. I wonder about that.
