Have been watching for her off and on all evening and finally I see her on the parapet next to the building at 1:30 in the morning!!

AU is on the parapet talking right now! At 11:52, he went to the nest and Delaware showed up on the parapet with prey. She took it down in front of the nest, then took it into the nest with her and he seems to be bowing and talking to her, but visibility is not good right now with the colorful light reflections obscuring the view. He flew out at 11:55. Then she came out of the nest with the prey. She tried to fly with it, but dropped it and came back to retrieve it. She went up on the parapet with it and is de-feathering it now. She flew with it at 12:05.

Mating on the parapet at 13:46!! :7val:

Beforehand: At 13:22, I found AU on the parapet next to the building talking, then preening. Delaware's head peeks through from the other end on screen and he went to the nest. They talk as he stands in the scrape. At 13:42, he went to the wall of the nest on the right and plucked up a big piece of fluff and chewed on it a little. Then he went back to the dug out scrape and stood. Every time he looked directly at her, you could see her head bow and I am sure her tail feathers were raising up in the air, even though you could not actually see that part. A clear signal from her that she wanted to mate! At 13:45 he went and stood on the rim of the nest box, then flew and she walked out on the parapet further in full view and turned to face the city. So I waited and wham ... it happened!! :loveheart2:

She preened afterwards for a long time and now is talking again as I leave at 14:16!

New Female Continues to Bond with Male
March 20, 2020
Ever since 95/AK established herself as the new female of the pair, she and banded male (24/AU) have regularly been seen courting. We have observed multiple instances of courtship feeding, with the male bringing prey to the female. We have also seen head-low bow courtship displays between the pair at the box.

Au and Delaware are currently home. Both have been in and out, sometimes together and sometimes alone several times this morning.

They both just flew after standing on the parapet quietly for quite awhile. Prior to this, she had been in the nest talking, but he never responded nor went in with her. She dug out the scrape a couple times and went around the box chewing at things. She is spending more times in the box over the last couple of days, I've noticed.

Came in at 15:03 to find them in the nest bowing and talking. He flew after 3 minutes. She dug on the scrape and continued to talk, then went about the floor nest along the edges pebble-picking. She went to the parapet at 15:08 and preened initially, then bowed and talked before flying out at 15:10. I think she is spending the whole night as I saw her at 2:11 and in the same spot at 6:45 this morning. He arrived 5 minutes after this and she went to the nest, but he flew a minute later as did she at 6:52.

Is anybody else having problems getting the cam here? This is what I get: HLS.js error: networkError - fatal: true - manifestLoadTimeOut This happened once earlier today and I went out and came back in and was able to get the cam, but not now. I've cleared my browser, cache, tried different browser, etc. I think she may lay an egg in the next day or two and I sure don't want to miss this ...

- but I can get them on youtube

The state and global lockdowns are afftecting internet.
XCel isnt streaming saying their kids need their bandwith

Hope its completed soon and Earth is better off
