I've seen a man behind that box working and if my memory serves me, in years past have seen only the head of an adult falcon peer out from the rear of the roof. So something elevated must be back there, also.

Catwoman, we need at least 1 pic of her on the roof per page to prove she was there!! It's kinda hard to imagine otherwise with her staying so close to home for so long.

I don't know how she got down there, but it took me a couple of captures to know that mom was there with her and was feeding her!

I couldn't wait for her to get down, and then I missed the picture (except for some wings).

Great captures, catwoman. Don't like seeing her on the parapet, especially when food is involved as she likes to take control and may get too rambunctious up there!! She's preening atop the roof at 8:35.

Well, it seems we could be enjoying her company for another week :loveheart2:

I saw her sleeping in the box last night. She really has no incentive to leave until it gets too hot, which I think is midweek.

Thanks for the info provided in these updates. My hope is that the falcon girl will continue to be fed by the parents to help keep her on the deck until she is ready to fly. Then we can hope that the parents will provide the learning about flying and fending for herself.

3:51: Well, the entire family is in the box right now...acting crazy!! LOL

When I get 2 seconds and it calms down, I'll post some pics.

Edit to add: Baby was in the box, then the floor, now has headed toward the cam out of view, parent behind the box, other parent has left.

I wish my video recorder/computer wasn't acting up...this would have made a great vid!!

Preface to say: I have lost track of the baby while looking at all these pics. Mom is currently on the ledge, where she sits, when the little one is behind the box. She could be and I just didn't see her go there.

It starts with the youngun returning from one of her explorations. She heads to the box. what you won't see is that mom also joins her.

Dad lands and goes to look behind the box, but either Mom gives him his marching orders or she's scared the you know what outta him. He couldn't get out of there fast enough.

He practically falls of the ledge trying to leave

Mom eventually comes out and eventually makes her way to the box and goes in.

Miss Priss eventually hops up on the ledge and starts flapping like crazy. Mom comes out to observe several times.

Lots of flapping/Mom observing

Eventually, Mom moves away...

Dad lands

Mom comes from wherever she was.

Dad heads to the box

Mom comes back into view

She too heads to the box (Dad still in the box)

Bonding in the box

Baby heads to the box and messes up their moment. I'm guessing it was very loud in there!!

Mom leaves first, leaving Dad and Baby in the box

Baby comes out and heads toward cam and outta view.

Mom is still on the ledge. I don't know where the youngun is.
