Been doing a little research on Native American tribes.

Main Tribe in Delaware: Lenape
Main Tribe in York County (where Dad was born): Kiskiack (also spelled Chisiack or Chiskiack)

so...if we really want to go out on a limb:

Parent landed on the far ledge, with food, but left. Certainly got the kids attention. Now they are all up and waiting for lunch that hopefully will come.

Feed in progress by Dad. He had a few bites at the end, then left with the remains at about 6:18 real time. I don't think they were finished eating. They are real vocal right now. I think little big girl is going to end up being larger than big sis, waiting for her white fluff to shed completely to tell.

From VDWR: "Banding the 2021 Richmond Peregrine Falcon Chicks"

I pulled out 2 answers from their FB Q&A that I am especially looking forward to and thought you all might be too:

1)"Unfortunately, our camera does not have a built-in microphone and thus there is no sound associated with the livestream. However, we are looking into the addition of an auxiliary microphone for use in future years which could provide sound."

2) "Falcons typically fledge between 40-44 days old. Historically, we have found that opening the pen door when the youngest chick in the clutch is at least 44 days old has given the chicks ample time to build up their strength and thus avoid becoming grounded at street level after they fledge. With that in mind, we will likely be opening the pen door sometime between June 21st and June 23rd, after which time the chicks will be able to leave the pen at their leisure."

Guess I missed a parent dropping off a hunk of food, they are all about the pen and nest stealing it from one another right now! Both boys have their talons on it and are eating from it at the same time. One couldn't overpower the other, so they are having an aggressive share of the meal! One got it away from the other and though it tried to get it back, the winner gobbled down the last bite. When done, the boys went back to the nest where the girls are and all looking like angels ...

I missed the beginning of this, but it didn't go as planned...or did it.

Dad in for a feed, but prey item stolen by Blue and he goes to the box

Mistake...he cam out.

Orange for the steal.

She took it back to the box...where apparently it was pulled apart (missed that part)

she came out with a piece while the others battled over the rest in the box.

All 4 are perched on the lip of the nest box and 3 are napping with their heads tucked. The 4th one is just looking around.
